About The Position

We are a fast-growing sales and marketing solutions provider specializing in promotional merchandise and branded experiences for retail and hospitality clients. We combine strategic insight, creative services, and operational excellence to help brands drive awareness, trial, and long-term loyalty through high-quality apparel and hard goods. The Field Sales Specialist will drive territory-driven business development and account management across Miami. We are seeking a candidate with a "wholesale-first" mindset—someone who understands the nuances of the garment industry (fabrication, supply chain, and decoration). You will be responsible for navigating the promotional products landscape, managing in-store programs, and building high-level relationships with key buyers and regional managers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in field sales or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the promotional products industry (ASI/PPAI) and wholesale apparel trends.
  • Proven track record of hitting volume targets and navigating complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Elite interpersonal skills; ability to pivot from a technical conversation with a decorator to a pitch for a retail buyer.
  • Proficient in mobile CRM usage, route planning, and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
  • Valid US driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for daily travel across the Miami metropolitan area.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required for the Miami market.
  • Ability to lift and transport garment sample bags and POS displays (up to 25 kg).

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience working for or with major apparel wholesalers is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and acquire new B2B accounts within the retail and hospitality sectors, leveraging a deep understanding of the promotional apparel market.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on garment categories, advising clients on fabrications, weights, and decoration compatibility (embroidery, screen print, etc.).
  • Implement visual merchandising plans, ensure correct product placement for branded apparel lines, and maintain high standards for planogram resets.
  • Build and maintain rapport with store managers, regional buyers, and procurement teams to secure recurring bulk orders and promotional placement.
  • Use CRM tools to track inventory levels, monitor competitor activity in the field, and report on "out-of-stock" trends to ensure seamless replenishment.
  • Lead product "roadshows" and sampling events to showcase new seasonal apparel lines and branded merchandise to key decision-makers.

Benefits

  • Base Salary + commission
  • Car Allowance for travel
