About The Position
Join AT&T as a Field Sales Representative and jumpstart your sales career. This role involves bringing customized, white glove experiences directly to customers' homes. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be driven to connect with customers, introduce the latest technology and services, and achieve sales goals. The position offers uncapped commission potential, with top earners making up to $100,000. New Field Sales Representatives can expect to earn between $61,410 to $100,000, including salary and uncapped commission. The starting salary depends on factors like geography, experience, expertise, and education. You will be the face and voice of AT&T, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. Responsibilities include offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected.
Requirements
- 1+ years of commission sales experience required.
- Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
- Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

- Outside sales experience highly preferred.
