RENU Solar is seeking dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representatives to join our team and promote sustainable energy solutions in local communities. In this role, you will engage directly with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, educating them about the benefits of solar energy and how RENU Solar can help reduce their energy costs while contributing to a cleaner environment.

Requirements

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have a genuine interest in renewable energy and sales.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
Hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation for daily travel.
Are flexible with their schedule, including availability during evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but enthusiastic and motivated newcomers are welcome.

Responsibilities
