Requirements

Minimum 5 years related industry experience
Minimum 3 years related experience in a wellhead products and associated services
Computer literate- proficiency with Microsoft applications
Highly self-motivated, team player

Nice To Haves

Experience in frac operations in lieu of wellhead experience

Responsibilities

Be visible to client at site level, by visiting customer rig, production facilities and field offices on a weekly basis
Support the sales objectives, through understanding clients ongoing operations and requirements for service support, product change and or drill time ‘enhancement’
Develop strong rapport with key customer representatives by ensuring team delivers consistent customer service.
Promote safe working practices in shop and field environments
Identify and develop new revenue streams with existing customer accounts, via understanding at site level client’s requirements.
Communicate customer needs to internal departments such as, Inside sales, Service, Engineering and management
Maintain professional and technical knowledge
Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
Support other organizational departments in trouble shooting and resolving field issues, ensuring all relevant departments actively engaged in supporting solutions
Report all activities and non-conformances via company sales reporting data base and quality systems.
Assist in the training and development of employees
