About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to support the launch of a new delivery program in the region. In this role, you will recruit and onboard local businesses into the Delivery Partner program. You’ll work closely with a Field Manager and other team members to prospect, engage, and convert qualified businesses while building strong community relationships.

Requirements

1–2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
Outside/field sales experience required
CRM experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism, urgency, and enthusiasm for working with others
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems
Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily

Nice To Haves

Salesforce preferred
Experience with sales, negotiation, or customer-facing roles is a plus

Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door outreach to prospective businesses in targeted markets (up to a 2-hour driving radius)
Present and promote the program to generate interest and drive applications
Qualify businesses and guide them through the application and vetting process
Track lead activity and manage pipeline within Salesforce
Support planning and execution of local recruitment events (e.g., lunch-and-learns, town halls, networking events)
Collaborate with community partners (Chambers of Commerce, economic development groups, etc.)
Import and maintain lead data in Salesforce (including weekly Excel uploads)
