About The Position

This role focuses on recruiting and onboarding small business delivery partners for a rapidly expanding hub delivery program. You will serve as the face of the program in new and established markets, drive interest through in-person outreach, and build strong relationships with local community leaders and business owners. The position combines extensive field sales, pipeline management, and CRM-based funnel tracking to grow a nationwide network of small business delivery partners. You will work within a high-visibility, elite team and play a key role in transforming local businesses while improving the overall customer delivery experience.

Requirements

  • Field sales experience with a focus on outside sales, business development, or account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and drive prospects through a sales funnel.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, to track and manage candidate and partner activity.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage small business owners and community leaders in person.
  • Comfort with cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and in-person prospecting in diverse local markets.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a field sales environment.
  • Ability to quickly analyze data and market information to inform acquisition strategies.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including frequent air travel.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to rent a car as required for field assignments.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to set clear expectations and explain program details in a concise and compelling way.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of field sales experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding sales goals, preferred.
  • Experience in outside sales, business development, or account management roles involving small business customers.
  • Experience working with or within high-growth, rapidly scaling programs or organizations.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a nice-to-have and can enhance engagement with a broader range of small business partners.
  • Experience hosting or supporting local events to drive community engagement and lead generation.
  • Comfort working within an elite, high-visibility team where performance and results are closely monitored and rewarded.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with regional Business Development Managers and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple markets, pipelines, and candidate funnels simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Travel extensively to new and established markets to represent the hub delivery program and act as its primary ambassador.
  • Generate program interest through in-person, boots-on-the-ground prospecting, including cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and local networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders and small business owners to create a sustainable pipeline of prospective delivery partners.
  • Educate small businesses on the hub delivery program, clearly explain the value proposition, and guide them through the application and onboarding process.
  • Create and manage a candidate funnel by capturing and tracking leads, applications, and progress in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Collaborate closely with regional Business Development Managers and internal stakeholders to initiate or grow candidate pipelines in assigned recruiting regions.
  • Analyze total addressable markets and the current program footprint to develop and refine acquisition strategies tailored to specific regions.
  • Acquire new delivery partners through referrals, community events, and targeted outreach campaigns, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Set accurate expectations with prospective partners to build trust and establish long-term, successful partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and partner experience, and propose or help implement efficiency enhancements.
  • Manage sales funnels and pipelines when not traveling, partnering with internal teams and potential partners across the country to continue growing the program.
  • Consistently work toward and exceed sales and recruitment goals, contributing to both individual and team-based commission targets.
  • Maintain accurate, timely records of all activities, interactions, and outcomes in Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Participate in team initiatives, share best practices, and support overall program growth as part of an elite, high-visibility sales team.
