About The Position

As a Field Sales Representative at Booksy, you will be the face of the company in the North Miami region, acting as an ambassador for its values and vision. You will forge strong connections within the beauty industry, championing the adoption of Booksy among businesses and helping them realize their full potential. This role involves expanding Booksy's presence in South Florida, building lasting relationships through face-to-face interactions, managing a sales pipeline, and educating clients on the app's features. The company operates in a rapidly growing and evolving environment, seeking driven self-starters who are motivated to grow their careers.

Requirements

2-4 years of field sales experience preferred.
Must be located in the Miami area.
Must have access to a vehicle to drive to client locations.
Results-driven attitude with a motivation and track record of exceeding sales targets.
Fluency in Spanish is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the Beauty industry is preferred.
Experience selling for technology/SaaS companies is a plus.
Experience working with small business clients is a plus.
Experience with utilizing Salesforce to organize your sales process and manage your pipeline.

Responsibilities

Expand Booksy's presence in South Florida.
Build lasting connections and share impactful business solutions through face-to-face interactions.
Manage a pipeline of potential clients using cold calls, walk-ins, and social media outreach.
Attend industry events, conduct demos, and educate clients on the app's features.
