About The Position

U.S. LawShield is hiring a part-time Field Sales Representative in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to deliver group presentations and support member enrollments. The role is suited to confident presenters who can read a room, engage small groups, answer questions, address objections, and guide prospects toward a decision in 20–30 minutes. Presentations take place primarily at local firearms ranges, stores, and training facilities. The schedule is flexible, with activity centered primarily on weekends and gun shows; weekday events are also consistently available. Consistent availability and reliability are essential. Compensation includes unlimited commission, and the posting says consistent presenters typically earn $2,000 or more per month with 10–20 focused hours per week. U.S. LawShield covers the cost of the required Property & Casualty license and provides training and materials. Top performers may receive priority consideration for full-time positions.

Requirements

Strong presentation and closing skills, with the ability to guide small groups effectively.
Deep passion for firearms, self-defense education, and the 2nd Amendment.
Competitive drive, self-initiative, and a winning mindset.
Technology proficiency under pressure, including PowerPoint, apps, and troubleshooting.
Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license.
