ALLDATA is currently seeking a Business Solutions Manager/Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic Team! The Business Solutions Manager/ Territory Sales Representative will be primarily responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and growing a customer base within a defined territory. This role involves attaining and exceeding monthly sales goals, installing and providing onsite and online training for all of ALLDATA’s product lines, and leveraging the existing customer base to grow territory performance. The position requires utilizing a consultative sales approach, including prospecting, discovery, and closing. Additionally, the role demands providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues to ensure complete satisfaction, and driving key measurements within customer satisfaction and retention goals. The representative will also provide input to management concerning industry trends within the territory, cultivate relationships with strategic distribution partners, and drive ALLDATA’s unique value propositions. The role may require working some nights and weekends at local tradeshows, customer and partner events.
