Hawkes Learning is an educational technology company focused on helping college students succeed through innovative courseware. They are seeking a driven Educational Courseware Representative in the higher education industry to grow territory revenue for Hawkes software products. The role involves partnering with college professors to recommend personalized learning solutions and expanding the implementation of Hawkes learning solutions into physical and virtual campuses nationwide. Successful candidates will have demonstrated success in selling to higher education institutions for educational technology, preferably in math curriculum. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, fearless, collaborative, and coachable, with a passion for education. Product and sales training are provided. This role requires spending 4 days per week on college campuses within a a five-hour drive from home, with overnight travel likely 2-3 times per month during the fall and spring. During peak selling season (Sept-Nov and Jan-May), evening work outside traditional hours may be required. Ideal candidates should be located in or willing to relocate to Baltimore, MD.
