About The Position

This role will manage and track cross-functional customer cost recoveries, handle new customer onboarding/launches end-to-end (scope, milestones, owners, dependencies), and run weekly cadences to clear blockers. The position involves building integrated plans across Sales, Ops, Finance, Engineering, and Quality to ensure launch readiness (pricing, contracts, B2B, supply, quality gates, reporting). Additionally, the role will lead sales software evaluation and rollout (requirements, demos, approvals, pilot, implementation, change management), and standardize launch/process artifacts (checklists, Project Plans, SOPs, cadences, dashboards) to reduce rework and improve predictability. The Field Sales Representative IV will provide exec-ready visibility (status, risks, decisions, impacts) and drive stakeholder accountability.
