Field Sales Representative III CP This territory for this role will cover SW MO and SE KS. Purpose: As a Crop Protection (CP)/Seeds & Traits (S&T) Field Sales Representative, you grow Bayer’s market share across your territory by delivering a personalized customer experience, executing the Customer Engagement Process, and acting as the owner of squad-agreed business goals; you identify customer needs to build account plans and sales forecasts, craft integrated solutions with clear value propositions, negotiate and close sales, and provide agronomic support throughout the order-to-delivery journey; you drive demand generation activities, offer customer-facing agronomic recommendations, and collaborate closely with your squad to ensure seamless execution of Bayer’s commercial strategy.
