About The Position

Vanta Diagnostics is a rapidly growing, CAP- and CLIA-certified national laboratory delivering targeted molecular diagnostics designed to improve both clinical and economic outcomes. Our work empowers healthcare providers with actionable insights that support better decision-making and provide therapies that truly change patients’ lives. Headquarters in Charleston, South Carolina, Vanta is expanding and actively seeking high-performing sales professionals to join our team. We’re looking for individuals who not only excel in their craft, but who also live our core values every day, ethics, service, and a genuine passion for helping providers achieve better outcomes, one patient at a time. This is a remote sales role calling on Physicians in and around the Houston area.

Requirements

• 6+ months minimum of Diagnostics sales selling experience to providers.
• Strong long-term relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record in compliance with company and insurance standards.
• Reliable personal vehicle available for business use.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional regional travel as needed.
• Required residence in territory geography where we are hiring.
• Willingness to undergo regular drug screenings as per customer/medical facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Call on relevant medical specialties to promote and educate on our portfolio of products: Wound Care, Senior Care, Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease among others.
• Assess client needs and present suitable diagnostic solutions.
• Successfully develop and manage a territory plan that has you at or above targeted goals.
• Actively engage with company training, sales tools, and management.
• Maintain effective and regular communication with all staff members in an office or healthcare facility.
