Our mission is to save coaches and administrators time by providing excellent service platforms, allowing them more time to impact young lives. This Field Sales Professional role is a full-time, hybrid position requiring the individual to live and travel within the assigned territory 2-5 days per week. The role operates in a hybrid environment between a home office, school, community, and event settings, focusing on territory sales and managing local client relationships to maximize sales opportunities. The compensation includes a base draw range of $55,000-$70,000 annually, with potential for additional performance-based incentives. The base salary is determined by factors such as education, experience, qualifications, location, internal equity, and market alignment. Hours may vary based on customer needs, and evenings and weekends may be required. Travel is primarily local to schools and organizations within the territory, with occasional out-of-the-area and overnight travel expected.
