This job is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned turf. This role focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships to meet sales targets. To maximize sales and/or winbacks, this role utilizes their extensive product knowledge and sales experience. The role involves door-to-door canvassing, demonstrating product knowledge, communicating effectively with customers, evaluating customer needs, and understanding competitor offers. Employees are expected to understand operating principles, own the customer experience, be enthusiastic learners, work as a team, participate in the Net Promoter System, drive results, support inclusion, and do what's right.
