About The Position

This job is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned turf. This role focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships to meet sales targets. To maximize sales and/or winbacks, this role utilizes their extensive product knowledge and sales experience. The role involves door-to-door canvassing, demonstrating product knowledge, communicating effectively with customers, evaluating customer needs, and understanding competitor offers. Employees are expected to understand operating principles, own the customer experience, be enthusiastic learners, work as a team, participate in the Net Promoter System, drive results, support inclusion, and do what's right. Requirements

  • Must meet the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to, the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions
  • Where applicable, obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law

Responsibilities

  • Showcasing Comcast product expertise and promoting/selling to customers by door-to-door canvassing in assigned area
  • Demonstrating current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including their features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns
  • Communicating and developing rapport with customers effectively
  • Evaluating individual customers' existing and potential product needs and making recommendations
  • Increasing customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models as well as unique benefits over other service providers
  • Evaluating offers from other companies and framing a response to showcase the advantages of Comcast
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
