This job is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned territory. The role focuses on individual direct sales and/or sales within multiple dwelling units to establish relationships and meet sales targets. To maximize sales and winbacks, this role requires extensive product knowledge and sales experience.

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to, the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Showcasing Comcast product expertise and promoting/selling to customers by door-to-door canvassing in assigned area
• Demonstrating current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including their features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns
• Communicating and developing rapport with customers effectively
• Evaluating individual customers' existing and potential product needs and making recommendations
• Increasing customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models as well as unique benefits over other service providers
• Evaluating offers from other companies and framing a response to showcase the advantages of Comcast
• Obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law (where applicable)
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
• Work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
