About The Position

This role involves engaging with fuel brands, distributors, and individual merchants to negotiate discounts and support sales initiatives. The consultant will utilize and perform data analysis and reporting tools to track progress, identify key performance targets, and support strategic decision-making. Collaboration across the Merchant team is essential, demonstrating flexibility to cross-train and adapt to shifting priorities. Strong relationship management skills are crucial, with experience in customer or prospect-facing roles preferred. Advanced proficiency in Excel is required, including the ability to sort and analyze data, generate reports, and build pivot tables. The position is a mix of sales and negotiations, relationship management, operation support, heavy data analysis and reporting, and business strategy surrounding fuel merchants, the Voyager Network, Fleet clients, and discounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five or more years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to travel (local and regional, some national)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is required, including the ability to sort and analyze data, generate reports, and build pivot tables.
  • Strong relationship management skills are essential, with experience in customer or prospect-facing roles preferred.
