About The Position
The Truly Nolen Outside Sales Inspector is a field sales role focused on residential and commercial pest control and termite services. Responsibilities combine prospecting, physical on-site inspections, and closing sales. The position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Must have a valid TEXAS Driver’s license and good driving record.
- Agree to a criminal background and drug testing.
- Be able to work outdoors, climb ladders, and go into small spaces.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the interior and exterior of client properties, including attics and crawl spaces, to identify pest or termite activity.
- Build a customer base using pre-scheduled appointments, self-generated leads, referrals, and community networking.
- Present tailored service proposals to clients, answer questions, explain processes, and close sales to meet performance goals.
- Nurture ongoing client relationships and ensure satisfaction with proposed solutions.
