About The Position

We grow the world’s BEST Strawberries & that wouldn’t be possible without our Commercial Team! We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our demo program and field sales teams. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on keeping things organized, scheduled, and moving. You'll be the operational backbone behind our field marketing efforts, managing everything from supply logistics to digital file organization to light event support.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thorough
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds as the role may require moving boxes or promotional material around
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Strong computer skills; comfortable with file management, spreadsheets, and digital tools
• Clear written communication skills; able to proofread and spot errors
• Self-starter who can follow established systems and also identify improvements

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in field marketing, operations, or administrative support a plus

Responsibilities

• Order, reorder, and track demo and merchandising supplies via Amazon and other vendors
• Source new supplies as needs evolve
• Manage inventory checks and maintain organized stock
• Oversee and order branded field items including custom tablecloths, uniforms, and tent tops
• Organize and maintain shared digital folders and files
• Read, review, and organize incoming demo reports
• Perform data analysis and generate reports for internal stakeholders (templates and instructions already in place)
• General computer work and file management
• Support coordination and communication for the demo program
• Proofread and spell-check demo training materials
• Coordinate UPS shipments of supplies to field teams
• Track and manage outbound shipments
• Conduct research on potential events and activations
• Provide light event planning support as needed
