About The Position

The role of the Field Sales Market Manager is to lead, inspire and grow our field sales organization. The Field Sales department is comprised of representatives who perform their essential duties outside of the office. The sales climate and environment can vary day to day.

Requirements

  • Deeply believe in our mission and core values
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals
  • Frequent travel is typical for this position.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean DMV is required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sonic revenue generation through prospecting, qualifying and closing new accounts
  • Construct, forecast, and manage sales pipeline
  • Train and manage a growing field sales team
  • Understand lead qualification and work with marketing to develop process and accuracy
  • Build a sales playbook that will be used to scale and train our growing team
  • Be able to execute in short-term sprints while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email and in-person meetings
  • Be prepared to share knowledge and communicate with cross functional teams
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients that will generate revenue as new features go-to-market
  • Wear multiple hats: sales strategy, motivational team manager, lead generation, sales rep, and account manager
