About The Position

As a Field Sales Manager you will lead and execute sales strategy for Insight’s State and Local Government and Education segments, managing and growing a high-performing sales team while driving customer-focused outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven solution selling skills with multi-year, multi-phased projects that require complex SOW and contract negotiations
  • Proven leadership of a field sales organization that has responsibility to secure, host and advance customer relationships through in person meetings, conference speaking engagements, and partner relationships
  • Ability advance customer relationships from a transactional relationship into a strategic partner relationship

Responsibilities

  • Manage a professional field sales team covering State & Local Government and Education segments
  • Drive regional sales strategy and attainment of sales quotas
  • Coach, motivate, and manage Client Executives to achieve performance goals
  • Build strong partner relationships and oversee accurate pipeline management
