About The Position

High-impact field sales role within a global premium Pilates and equipment brand Love Recruitment International is proud to be partnering with Merrithew, the global leader in mind-body education and Pilates equipment, to appoint a Field Sales Manager. This is a newly created role focused on driving equipment sales, business development and strategic account growth across the US fitness club market. This is not a desk-based sales role. This is a high-energy, relationship-led field sales position. Reporting to the Director of Sales for the Americas, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through in-person customer engagement, account development and new business acquisition. You will work directly with fitness clubs, hospitality operators, rehabilitation clinics and education partners to deliver premium Pilates equipment solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong sales experience within fitness, wellness or equipment sales
  • Confidence managing the full sales cycle
  • Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • A proactive, self-driven approach to field sales
  • Ability to travel regularly within your territory
  • Passion for health, fitness and the Pilates industry

Responsibilities

  • Regional sales performance and revenue growth
  • Developing new fitness club and enterprise partnerships
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Delivering product demonstrations and presentations
  • Building long-term customer relationships
  • Expanding brand presence across the US market
  • Achieve regional sales targets across Merrithew and Align-Pilates equipment lines
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across equipment and education programs
  • Build relationships with fitness clubs, hospitality operators and healthcare providers
  • Attend trade shows, conferences and education events
  • Track pipeline activity and forecasting through CRM systems
  • Gather market insights to support product and commercial strategy
