About The Position

Home Alliance is a rapidly growing nationwide home services company with a vision to become the most trusted home services ecosystem in America. We are seeking a proven sales leader in the painting industry to build and scale a new nationwide painting division. This role offers a unique opportunity for top performers to advance into leadership positions, leverage a robust platform with exclusive leads, supplier partnerships, and back-office support, and shape the future of our painting services.

Requirements

  • Proven record of $100K+/month in painting or related project sales.
  • 3+ years of in-home/commercial sales experience in painting or home improvement.
  • Knowledge of paint products, materials, suppliers, and local sourcing.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to grow into leadership/partnership roles.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients from exclusive inbound leads.
  • Present and sell professional interior & exterior painting solutions with strong closing skills.
  • Manage the full project cycle: sales → estimate → crew management → client satisfaction.
  • Build, manage, and expand your own painting crew(s).
  • Ensure projects meet the highest quality, compliance, and customer standards.
