The Field Sales Facilitator is responsible for the development and execution of sales training company-wide. This role will ensure that all Outside Sales team members have proper working knowledge of internal sales processes, product, closing skills and consultative selling techniques. The Facilitator will partner with Outside Sales Leaders to create training materials and develop the sales acumen of all team members. This role will collaborate with Human Resources on new hire sales training as well as ongoing training curriculum. The scope of training will include all skill levels, from basic sales concepts to advanced selling techniques. This position is based at our headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina.
