About The Position

We're hiring a FULL TIME Field Sales Estimator to join our high-energy team at FISH. This isn't your average sales gig — you'll be out in the field every day, meeting people, sizing up jobs, and writing estimates that turn into real business. You'll learn professional estimate writing from the ground up, set and hit goals, and build real-world sales skills. Fish Window Cleaning has grown to be the world's largest window cleaning company with more than 250 franchise territories in 43 states, yet we still maintain the traditional values we were founded on. We will always treat every customer as though they are our only customer. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories.
