About The Position

The Field Sales Development Program at Demag and R&M is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in industrial sales. This structured, hands-on program provides the training, experience, and support needed to grow into a Regional Sales Manager Role. As a Field Sales Development Associate, you will participate in a 14–18 month rotational program designed to give you a complete understanding of our products, customers, and sales process. You will gain real-world experience while working alongside experienced professionals across multiple departments.

Requirements

Interest in building a career in sales, business, or technical/industrial environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn technical products
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
Interest in working with people and building long-term relationships
Exposure to customer service, team-based environments, or roles that involve direct interaction with others
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a team
Willingness to relocate within the United States upon program completion
Ability to travel internationally, locally, and outside the service area for operational requirements & training when necessary.
