Field Sales & Customer Outreach Representative - Orange County -CA

We're looking for motivated, outgoing, and dependable people who enjoy working with others and want to develop real-world experience in sales, customer engagement, and business development. This is a hands-on field position. You'll work at events, community locations, shopping centers, and other high-traffic areas, representing our organization and engaging directly with customers. If you're in college, starting your career, or simply looking for an opportunity where your effort and performance matter, this position can be a great fit. No previous sales experience is required. Paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
- Energetic, confident, and motivated
- Goal-oriented and interested in improving performance
- Dependable and willing to take responsibility
- Comfortable working in an active, field-based environment
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team
- Coachable and willing to learn new skills
- Professional when interacting with customers
- Valid California driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel between assigned Orange County locations
- Available at least 3 days per week
- Comfortable working at outdoor and indoor community locations
- Authorized to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Experience in sales, retail, restaurants, delivery, hospitality, warehouse, customer service, or other fast-paced environments is welcome.
- College students and recent graduates are welcome to apply, but a college degree is not required.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers in assigned locations
- Introduce customers to available products and services
- Answer questions and identify customer needs
- Assist customers with enrollment and sign-up processes
- Build positive customer relationships
- Develop and maintain assigned territories
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Track daily activity and provide accurate reporting
- Participate in training, team meetings, and coaching sessions
- Represent the company professionally at every location
