About The Position

As Field Sales Analyst you will be part of the Retail Team working as a remote employee. In this position will aid in delivering sales results for the business by ensuring operational excellence and execution within the business.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of sales and management experience
Strong understanding of Big Box Retail
Proficient in Excel
Experience with Salesforce & Power BI
Ability to use data to tell a story both numerically and visually

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain KPI tracking for the Field Sales team to evaluate performance, measure the return on investment of sales activities, and provide actionable insights that support business decision-making.
Analyze field survey data in conjunction with point-of-sale (POS) sales data to uncover store-level insights, identify emerging trends, assess execution quality, and highlight opportunities to improve sales performance.
Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional programs by measuring in-store execution rates and quantifying their impact on sales performance.
Assess the POS sales impact of merchandising bays and product placements by analyzing compliance with product fundamentals and in-store presentation standards.
Measure the sales impact of field representative activity during event days, as well as in the weeks leading up to and following events, using day-of-sales data and off-shelf display execution to determine incremental lift and effectiveness.
Analyze store routing strategies and corresponding POS sales performance to identify opportunities for improved coverage, increased efficiency, and optimized allocation of field sales resources.
