About The Position

OSL is launching a brand new team in Edmonton and is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Field Sales Agents for one of their clients, HelloFresh. In this D2D sales role, you will be going door-to-door to meet potential clients face to face. You will introduce them to products and help them find easy, innovative ways to reach their health and wellness goals. This program has been successful across Canada and is launching in Edmonton beginning in July. With a brand new team launching, there is an opportunity to get your foot in the door on a new career opportunity. OSL promotes internally, so this could be a great long-term opportunity to start a career in sales and sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis.
  • Outgoing, people person; helping and being around people naturally gives you energy.
  • Expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing weekly goals.
  • Money-motivated and driven to win.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
  • Reliable access to personal vehicle and a valid Class 5 (or higher) driver’s license.
  • Flexible full-time schedule that includes the ability to work during evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a Direct Sales, Customer Service, and/or a Marketing role is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Going door-to-door to meet potential clients face to face.
  • Introduce clients to products and help them find easy, innovative ways to reach their health and wellness goals.
  • Meet with the team weekly to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results.
  • Conduct yourself with optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face of our client.
  • Partner with clients and provide a consultative approach to sales.
