About The Position

OSL is seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Field Sales Agents for a new team launching in Edmonton, Alberta, to represent their client, HelloFresh. In this door-to-door sales role, you will meet potential clients face-to-face, introduce them to products, and help them find ways to reach their health and wellness goals. This is a great opportunity for a long-term career in sales and sales leadership, with internal promotion opportunities. The program is launching in July, and this is an ideal time to join a new career path.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis.
• Outgoing, people person; helping and being around people naturally gives you energy.
• Expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing weekly goals.
• Money-motivated and driven to win.
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
• Reliable access to personal vehicle and a valid Class 5 (or higher) driver’s license.
• Flexible full-time schedule that includes the ability to work during evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales experience is an asset.
• Previous experience in a Direct Sales, Customer Service, and/or a Marketing role is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Going door-to-door to meet potential clients face to face.
• Introducing clients to products and helping them find ways to reach their health and wellness goals.
• Meeting with the team weekly to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results.
• Conducting yourself with optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face of our client.
• Partnering with clients and providing a consultative approach to sales.
