About The Position

OSL is a dynamic, people-driven company providing outsourced sales services. We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Field Sales Agents for our client, HelloFresh. In this D2D sales role, you will be going door-to-door to meet potential clients face to face, introducing them to HelloFresh products and helping them find easy, innovative ways to reach their health and wellness goals. This position is eligible for a $250 Signing Bonus. We are looking for individuals with a willingness to learn, a winning attitude, charisma, teamwork, professionalism, determination, and adaptability, as the role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions. Previous sales experience is an asset but not required. The ideal candidate is 18+ years old, authorized to work in Canada, outgoing, people-oriented, an expert in time management, money-motivated, a team player, has reliable access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license, and possesses a flexible full-time schedule including evenings and weekends. This role offers a consultative approach to sales and opportunities for internal promotion.

Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • Authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis
  • Outgoing, people person; helping and being around people naturally gives you energy
  • Expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing weekly goals
  • Money-motivated and driven to win
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player
  • Reliable access to personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license
  • Flexible full-time schedule that includes the ability to work during evenings and weekends as required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience

Responsibilities
