About The Position

OSL is seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Field Sales Agents for their client, HelloFresh. This is a door-to-door (D2D) sales role where you will meet potential clients face-to-face, introduce them to products, and help them achieve their health and wellness goals. Requirements

Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis.
Outgoing, people person; helping and being around people naturally gives you energy.
Expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing weekly goals.

Reliable access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Previous sales experience is an asset.
Previous experience in a Direct Sales, Customer Service, and/or a Marketing role is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door to meet potential clients face to face.
Introduce clients to products and help them find innovative ways to reach their health and wellness goals.
Meet with the team weekly to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results.
Conduct yourself with optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face of the client.
