About The Position
This is a 12-month residency program for RN residents to learn to assess patients, develop care plans, and provide care for patients and/or their responsible caregivers. During this time, the resident will be under the tutelage of a mentor. The nurse resident will attend assigned classes and demonstrate proficiency in the content. Upon completion of the residency program, the job title will change to Field RN.
Requirements
- Graduate of an NLN-Accredited nursing program with an Associate degree
- BLS Certification
