About The Position

WSI Trash & Recycling Valet is hiring a Part-Time Field Resource Supervisor in the Ada County area (From Meridian to Boise). Shifts start at 5:30 PM and typically run 3–5 hours, Monday through Friday. This is a leadership role in the field, built for someone who can run a team, hold a standard, and keep service moving. Mileage reimbursement is provided at the current IRS standard rate for all work-related driving. This role is built for someone who's ready to lead. You'll supervise a team of Service Porters across multiple apartment communities, with the autonomy to manage your territory and the support of a company that promotes from within. The schedule is consistent - Monday through Friday evenings and the pay reflects the responsibility. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid Idaho driver's license.
  • Active auto liability insurance, which must be maintained throughout employment.
  • Smartphone with an active data plan and location services enabled.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Must be available Monday through Friday evenings.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Service Porters across multiple properties.
  • Arrange coverage when shifts go unstaffed.
  • Step in directly when needed.
  • Train new team members on company SOPs, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
  • Conduct regular on-site audits to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform routine property visits to ensure service is executing properly.
  • Verify doorstep pickups meet company standards.
  • Conduct dumpster spot checks.
  • Catch recurring issues before they become patterns.
  • Oversee pet waste station management, including tracking, maintenance, and liner replacement.
  • Ensure all staff are using the mobile app correctly for service tracking, compliance documentation, and timekeeping.
  • Maintain nightly contact with the team.
  • Gather technician-reported issues.
  • Address minor problems in real time.
  • Escalate repeat compliance failures through the appropriate channels.
  • Track attendance.
  • Confirm all assigned routes are active and staffed each night.
  • Report absences or delays immediately.
  • Equipment delivery, supply runs, and overflow support when the team needs it.
