As a Field Representative, you will serve as the firm's ambassador in the community, developing meaningful relationships with automotive body shops and positioning Farahi Law Firm as their trusted partner for personal injury cases. The Field Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with body shop owners, managers, and staff throughout the Los Angeles area. This position spends the majority of the workday visiting partner locations, strengthening existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring Farahi Law Firm remains a trusted referral resource. This role works in close partnership with an assigned Business Development Representative (BDR), who supports outreach through phone, email, text, and follow-up communications. Together, they execute a coordinated relationship-building strategy designed to maximize engagement and referral growth.
