About The Position

The Field Representative will coordinate with the sales team and dispatch top priority projects daily. This role involves monitoring and coordinating jobsite deliveries, dosing admixtures/additives to concrete loads, and soliciting customer feedback to build strong relationships. The representative will provide feedback to production, sales, and QC staff, offer on-the-spot solutions for urgent customer problems, and assist sales staff with customer complaints and questions. Additionally, the position requires monitoring performance and troubleshooting production and quality issues, developing good working relationships with team members, driver teams, customers, and the KRC contracting group. Active involvement in trade and community associations, as well as production & quality teams, is expected. A key responsibility is ensuring all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
