About The Position

We're seeking a detail-oriented Field Representative II to lead and support document imaging operations for a client account. In this role, you'll serve as the technical lead for scanning and digital imaging processes, ensuring quality, productivity, SLA performance, and exceptional customer service. You'll also support team training, client reporting, equipment maintenance, and process improvements.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Basic typing and PC skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent problem-solving, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable learning and using imaging and document management systems.

Nice To Haves

Experience in document imaging, records management, digital mail, scanning, or similar production environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead daily document imaging and digital mail operations.
Prepare, scan, review, and validate documents for electronic records management.
Monitor productivity, quality, and SLA performance.
Generate client reports and support billing-related data collection.
Serve as the primary technical resource for imaging equipment and workflow issues.
Manage client requests, escalations, and project deliverables.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and preventative maintenance activities.
Train team members and maintain cross-training documentation.
Assist with onboarding and support site procedure updates.
Partner with internal and external teams to resolve operational issues.
Support shipping, receiving, and USPS-related activities as needed.
Maintain an organized, efficient, and customer-focused work environment.
