Ricoh is seeking a Field Representative II, Area Customer Service to join their team. This role involves supporting various Managed Services client locations within a geographic territory. The Field Representative will be responsible for maintaining site procedure guides, collecting data for management reports, ordering office supplies, and assisting with training. In the absence of onsite personnel, the role may encompass mailroom duties such as processing mail, fulfillment, filing, shipping/receiving, and providing courier services. Additionally, the position involves assisting in the Copy Centre, performing scanning and indexing, and basic equipment troubleshooting. General duties include receptionist duties, coordinating work assignments, and managing the Ricoh Centre in the absence of the Site Manager/Supervisor.
