True Care is a leading Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) committed to providing holistic, personalized care that empowers individuals and enriches lives. They are seeking a full-time or per diem Registered Nurse (RN) to perform patient health assessments and provide training support to Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs). This role offers a meaningful way to build connections and make a true impact — one visit at a time.
Requirements
- Active RN license in New York, in good standing
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Comfortable traveling to Bronx territories and Westchester County as needed
- Bilingual in Spanish
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home patient health assessments
- Provide training and support to Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)
- Collaborate with a strong clinical support team to ensure the best client outcomes
- Maintain a flexible schedule with manageable weekly productivity expectations
Benefits
- $500 sign-on bonus for full-time Field RN's ($250 after 30 days and $250 after 90 days)
- Competitive salary: $105,000 - $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience
