About The Position

We’re excited to offer an opportunity to be part of a brand-new delivery program launching in your area. As a Field Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in building a network of local business partners by introducing and onboarding them to the Delivery Partner Program. In this role, you will work closely with a Field Manager and local contractors to identify, engage, and convert prospective businesses. This is a highly interactive, field-based position ideal for someone who thrives in outreach, sales, and community engagement. This position involves travel (up to a 2-hour driving radius) and offers performance-based commission opportunities—earn up to $350 per successful partner conversion.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to engage, persuade, and build relationships with customers or partners
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of energy, professionalism, and urgency
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, especially when assisting applicants in real time
  • Comfortable using multiple technology platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Willingness and ability to travel daily (up to 4 hours round-trip)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in field sales or outreach roles is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door outreach to prospective businesses in designated territories (within a 2-hour radius)
  • Present and promote the Delivery Partner Program to generate interest and applications
  • Qualify potential partners and guide them through the application and vetting process
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the Field Manager to plan and execute local recruitment events (e.g., lunch-and-learns, town halls, coffee chats)
  • Build relationships with community organizations and local influencers (e.g., chambers of commerce, economic development groups) to drive referrals
  • Upload and manage lead data, including weekly Excel imports into Salesforce
  • Represent commitment to delivering an exceptional last-mile customer experience
