About The Position

This role is for a Field Recruiter in the staffing industry, based in Olive Branch, MS. The company aims to change lives one day at a time by connecting great people with job opportunities. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for attracting candidates, interviewing, and onboarding them by conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verification.

Requirements

• 1 year in a fast-paced, high volume-driven environment, preferably staffing.
• Strong computer knowledge to navigate platforms.
• Passion for talking with people of all levels.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm new and exciting ways to attract great people to work.
• Use creative thinking to attract candidates.
• Apply marketing skills to postings, social media, and the community.
• Interview candidates to find the right fit for opportunities.

• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires.
