About The Position

This is a seasonal opportunity for a Field Recruiter in Lake Forest, CA. The role involves using creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process including drug screens, background checks, and I-9s. The goal is to build a pipeline of qualified individuals to impact order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with VMS systems a plus!
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• Use creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply marketing skills to postings, social media sites, and the community to help the company stand apart
• Use people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires
