About The Position

This role focuses on changing lives by finding great people to join the company. The Field Recruiter will use creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates, conduct interviews, and build a pipeline of potential hires. Responsibilities include managing customer orders/requests and ensuring new hires complete necessary pre-employment screenings like drug tests, background checks, and I-9 forms.

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
