About The Position
The Field Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with the ABC law by documenting code dates and maintaining rotation books. This role involves conducting quality control audits, rotating boxes, and reporting findings to Sales Account Managers and the VP of Sales. The position may also involve other assigned projects and duties.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma
- 0 to 2 years of related experience
Responsibilities
- Documents code dates, insures Accounts Managers maintain rotation book to be in compliance with the ABC law and reports inconsistencies to Sales Account Managers and VP of Sales
- Conduct quality control audits throughout assigned accounts
- Rotate boxes and document code dates
- Report results to the appropriate sales manager and VP of Sales
- Other projects or duties as assigned
