Responsible for overseeing field quality execution by ensuring inspection readiness, compliance controls, and standardized processes are implemented across projects. This position supports Field Quality Managers through coaching, audits, training, and site engagement while assisting teams in resolving nonconformances and performing root cause analysis. The Quality Manager drives continuous improvement by developing quality standards, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing lessons learned and Lean practices, while promoting adherence to the Quality program across the organization. This is a traveling position (up to 100%), where you will be onsite at a project location. You have the potential to be placed on a project site located in any state throughout the US. You’ll spend 8-16 months on average per project. We offer designated daily per diem in addition to base pay to support and help you cover living expenses. A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided. Our company has one of the industry leading rotational programs as well, with routine travel home from the jobsite.
