Field Quality Manager - Chicago, IL

RemiChicago, IL

About The Position

As a Field Quality Manager for Remi, you will inspect finished roofing and solar installations across your assigned territory. Your primary responsibility is to determine if each installation meets the required standards, including contracted scope, local code, and manufacturer warranty requirements. You will document any issues found, provide punch lists to crews, and re-inspect to confirm corrections. This role also involves addressing homeowner concerns and acting as the primary quality representative in your area. This is a field-based position requiring significant time on roofs, driving between sites, and interacting with homeowners and foremen. Quality inspections are the core of the role, with insurance site inspections included in some markets. You will work autonomously, making final decisions on work quality, and your findings will impact crew performance and future work allocation. You will also be responsible for maintaining the local code requirements within Remi's system for your market.
