About The Position

As a Field Quality Manager at Michels Pipeline, Inc., you will support field operations by overseeing implementation of and compliance with the company’s QA/QC programs in the field. You will conduct on-site inspections and routine assessments to ensure work meets quality expectations, project specifications, and industry standards. The role calls for working independently, close attention to detail, and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment. Travel across the United States is required.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of QA/QC experience within the pipeline industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel across the United States.
• Valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles that may be driven and an acceptable driving record, as determined by the Michels Review Team.

Nice To Haves

• Related industry certifications, such as AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or AMPP Coating Inspector (Level 1–3).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, isometrics, and specifications.
