The Role: The Field Quality Assurance Specialist will solve complex challenges with last mile delivery in their assigned territory, partnering with their Regional Quality Assurance manager, Operations Managers, and external property managers to ensure timely delivery of goods from our facilities to our end customers. The individual in this position will identify, design, and deliver process improvement solutions for various customer experience initiatives, designed to improve Amazon’s ability to deliver directly to customers through its network of 3rd party vendors. By applying for the FQA role, candidates acknowledge that a mandatory evaluation is required during onboarding as a condition of employment. The evaluation is 60 minutes in duration and will assess your knowledge retention of Address Validation quality inputs using the GeoStudio tool. A minimum passing score of 90% is required. All new FQA hires must complete this evaluation within the designated onboarding period and will be allotted three (3) attempts. Failure to pass within those attempts may result in disqualification from the role and return to a previous or comparable role.
