About The Position

Perform renovations and repairs for existing VIP properties and finish construction/carpentry work for new VIP properties. This role involves general maintenance and repair duties for all VIP properties, including basic carpentry, painting, masonry, light electrical, flooring, tire racking setup, and other tasks as needed. The technician will work safely, follow all safety policies, and keep the work area clean and organized. Responsibilities also include the preparation and assembly of building components, performing various job duties as assigned, communicating with team members, and traveling as needed for projects, including overnights. New location setup and repair are also part of the role.

Requirements

• Ability to safely perform light carpentry and construction tasks.
• Ability to learn new skills as required to complete renovation jobs.
• Ability to stay busy, be highly productive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Knowledge of tools needed to perform jobs, and ability to use them safely and effectively.
• Finish tasks in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively and positively with team members, store staff, supervisors, and management.
• Take direction from Job Supervisor.
• Behave professionally and be reliable.
• Good workmanship and attention to detail.
• Become an excellent team player.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass both a criminal background and a substance abuse screening.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repair duties for all VIP properties.

• Works in a safe manner, follows all safety policies while performing job duties, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment PPE.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
• Preparation and assembly of various building components and materials used in the renovation, repair, or new construction of a VIP property.
• Performs various other job duties as assigned and needed.
• Communicates with team members to assist in the completion of tasks.
• Travel as needed for projects, including overnights.
• New location set up and repair.
