About The Position

We are seeking a Project Field Specialist to provide on-site project controls and document management support for a client-facing program. This role supports multiple projects and Project Managers by ensuring accurate document control, compliance with company policies, and efficient project data management.

Requirements

BA/BS and 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Experience in document control, records management, project controls, or a related administrative/project support role.
Demonstrated experience with electronic and paper-based document systems.
Experience in document control processes, records management practices, and quality/compliance requirements.
Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
Experience supporting multiple Project Managers or multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

Provide document management and project controls support, in accordance with company and client policies and procedures.
Set up, maintain, and manage document control and records management systems for multiple projects and project managers.
Ensure practices, activities, and documentation comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable client requirements.
Identify, resolve, and escalate document control or project data issues as appropriate.
Support on-site project activities as required to meet program and client needs.
Administrative operations support and office management including travel coordination, procurement processing, calendar and meeting coordination.
